Heys peeps!

Can you guys PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE do us a favour if you're reading this blog?We need SOME ideas to promote CHOIR as a CCA on the CCADAY 2007.Everyone has been a newbie in school ONCE,so PLEASEPLEASE help out alrights?Just contribute your ideas! ( as many as possible.. )


Factor(s) [ abide by these as close as possible alrights ? ]

Y attracting ;
Y people will WANT to join ;
Y something extraordinary ;
Y ( if you guys WANTS performance ) :
a how audible can you be?
a what songs?



PS: MsLee will NOT be performing,so don't consider her in performance(s) alrights?Be KIND=) [ feel free to BEG MsBerMuDa if you want ! ]





I DO have A FEW ideas,but I don'tknow if it's gonna be..TOO tedious to carry them out.There'll be BUT(s) attached,do consider them alrights?

- BALLOON SCULPTURES WITH MESSAGES WRITTEN.

It's easily available outside,cheap &&easily to make..All we want is that TEMPORARY effect to PROMOTE choir as a CCA!The balloons can also be COLOURFUL,attract attention too!=]

BUT!

It's a tedious work to do balloon sculptures,what's more we need people who can make those sculptures.
We need funds/capital to buy all the necessary stuff.Is everyone WILLING to fork out time to do on the CCADAY itself?Will everyone be SPORTING?
Balloons' small in size,we need to make it BIG enough to advertise our CCA ( provided we're given a very VISIBLE location on that day .. )


- CANDLES WITH MESSAGES WRITTEN.

If this is what everyone thinks is good,then we've JASMINEOH to buy the candles BUT money will be paid to her ( it isn't good to get her to waste money yeahs? )
Candles can also be of various colours &&shapes that'll attract people.It's rather small &&easily to allow you guys to bring it around to promote choir.

BUT!

Is it able to contain MESSAGE(s)?We'll have to fork out more $$ to buy writing materials on the candles,eg.glitterglue(s).


- PERFORMANCE(s).

There's MICROPHONES around in school-can be borrowed because we've " GOOD " AVA members around that day.
If it's in small groups,you guys can VOLUNTEER ( same old sentence-be SPORTING ).You guys ( if willing ) can choose your POP songs to sing,but not just SING-do improve on it by harmonising &&attract people with your VOICES!

BUT!

With that kind of environment out there,we've the uniformed groups &&sports CCA(s),are we able to OUTWIN them?That's why we needa be more CREATIVE!We can have ALL languages songs.That's why we need MORE people involved alrights?=)If there's insufficient number of people,this idea will be CALLED off.


- MASCOT(S).

We can have walking advertisement to attract people's attention.The mascot can be of MANYMANY styles &&patterns okays!

BUT!

Is there anyone out there who's willing to be mascot ( don't pinpoint ; volunteering work )?


- TEST-TUBE SAND WITH MESSAGE(S):

We can dye sand into manymany colours,&&we'll dry them.After drying,just put them into separate test-tubes one colour after another~The cost of each test-tube is around 20 to 30cents..

BUT!

TRUST me!It's gonna be VERY tiring doing that~Especially if someone's to SKIVE &&do nothing..&&there's quite a great amount of capital to come up with.We'll need LARGE amount of sand for this too!



- MINI CONCERT AFTER CCA DISPLAY.

Perhaps we can take some time after school,we'll tell the SEC1s 2007 that we're having a concert in the music room or sth,then get them to come down &&watch us SING?We can get songs we're better at &&perform to them.Just a FEW songs will do~

BUT!

The songs're supposed to be chosen STRICTLY.Pianist(s)?Conductor?
Will the Sec1s be interested?

PS: All these ideas are just under CONSIDERATION,we need your help to THINK &&brainstorm more ideas!All of you have been a NEWBIE!Think of how you want to SEE a choir promote their CCA!THINKTHINKTHINK now!Any queries,feel free to ask me la!=)
